At present, the effective rate of physical therapy for premature ejaculation patients is not high. If patients use all kinds of methods, physical therapy can be used as an adjuvant therapy. Simple application of physical therapy, such as electrical stimulation, magnetic therapy, desensitization therapy, usually the treatment effect is not exact, need to cooperate with behavioral therapy, such as movement stop, squeezing and other treatment of premature ejaculation. Physical therapy is not recommended as the first choice for patients, and appropriate treatment should be selected according to the causes of premature ejaculation.

If the patient's glans sensitivity is relatively high, physical therapy may achieve better results, but if the nerve potential conduction time is relatively short, or the serotonin reuptake enzyme is abnormal, physical therapy alone usually can not achieve better therapeutic effect. Physical therapy should not be used as a treatment for premature ejaculation, but only as an adjuvant treatment, combined with other treatments.
